A Nogales woman is sentenced to 46 months for defrauding her employer

On April 8, Rosa Maria Gutierrez, 55, of Nogales, Ariz. was sentenced by U.S. District Judge David C. Bury to 46 months in prison.

On Wednesday, April 10, Kelly R. Hanczyk, 10 years old, did not get on the bus for school or show up for school at PDS Elementary, 5130 Paseo Las Palmas. Kelly was last seen at her residence in the 5000 block of Los Capanos at approximately 6:00 a.m. on April 10, 2013.

Kelly is 5’01’ and 130 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information should call the Sierra Vista Police Department at 520-452-7500
